A Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Rome at the offices of the Dicastery for the Laity, Family and Life between the John Paul II Youth Foundation, the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and its Italian branch.
The agreement aims to promote joint initiatives in the fields of environmental sustainability, biodiversity protection, education and the engagement of younger generations.
The Memorandum was signed by Daniele Bruno, President of the John Paul II Youth Foundation, Romain Ciarlet, Vice-Chairman and CEO of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, and Marco Colasanti, President of the Italian branch of the Foundation.
This partnership stems from a shared commitment to developing educational, cultural and awareness-raising projects for young people, with the aim of fostering greater understanding of environmental protection, integral ecology and social responsibility. The three institutions will also work together to organise events, training programmes and international initiatives designed to create dialogue between the worlds of education and sustainability.
The signing of the Memorandum marks the beginning of a structured collaboration between the three organisations and confirms their shared commitment to empowering younger generations to play an active role in building a more sustainable and responsible future.
Among the first projects already planned is a major
international event to be held in connection with World Youth Day Seoul 2027.
On this occasion, the three institutions will work together to promote a moment
of reflection and dialogue dedicated to the environment, sustainability and
responsibility towards future generations.
