23rd meeting of the Foundation’s scientific and technical committee

On 28th June 2017, HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco welcomed the members of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation‘s Scientific and Technical Committee which met for its 23rd working session in the Principality. The meeting focused chiefly on the examination of fifteen new projects concerning Climate Change, Biodiversity and Water, which following the opinion of the Scientific and Technical Committee and subject to the approval of the Board of Directors on 30th September 2017, may be offered the Foundation’s support.

During this committee, Romain Troublé, Director General of the Tara Expeditions Foundation, presented the Tara Coral mission, conducted in partnership with the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and the scientific Centre of Monaco, the aim of which is to highlight the importance of the relationship between the ocean and the climate. Since its creation in 2006, the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation has supported 413 projects.
