Net Zero Vision for Cities and Urban Racing

Urbanization is the major development challenge of our time. The session will focus on how to leverage technology that attracts evidence-based investment in smart city solutions. Urban experts from the host city of Monaco and international organisations working on smart and sustainable city transition will demonstrate how digital solutions can help realizing the SDG targets. Specific case studies from the Formula E ecosystem will support the discussion explain the contribution of the most innovative sport discipline to the challenge of sustainable urbanization.

Electrification 3.0: the impact of digitalization on future grids

Shifting to renewable energy sources and electrifying industry, transportation and homes is a sweeping transformation that the world is undergoing for a better future. Utility companies and governments are on th path to making electricity grids stronger, smarter and better connected. This session will explore how to cope with increasing electricity demand through new digital tools and a wide range of renewable energy sources . Examples from the Formula E ecosystem brought by teams and partners will demonstrate how the Championship is contributing to this challenge.
