Community based environmental monitoring in the Canadian Arctic

Translation of a book on Inuit traditional knowledge (berry productivity, ice and permafrost conditions, caribou, etc.) collected in northern communities during ArcticNet expeditions, which is a major contributor to the project.  The Foundation supports the costs associated with translating the book from Inuktitut into French and English, as well as disseminating the book in local communities.
