This project, implemented by the Institut Pluridisciplinaire Hubert Curien and the IPHC (CNRS), consisted of fitting biologgers and a GPS system on king penguins of a known age and background as part of a field campaign carried out in Crozet in sub-Antarctica.

The aim was to monitor, without causing any disruption, the consequences of seasonal and inter-annual variations on the environment and on the food chains.
