The purpose of the MedPAN network is to promote exchange between Mediterranean Marine Protected Areas in order to improve the efficiency of the management of these territories.
The goal of this project is to carry out a study on the state and trends of the Mediterranean Marine Protected Area system. It also involves making an assessment in 2012 of progress to the Mediterranean MPA system.
