This project brings together scientists, economists and community experts. The aim is to create a scientific and economic model of services rendered by the Amazonian tropical forest ecosystems.

The forests provide vital services, furnish "eco-utilities" for farming, and improve hydrological power and human well-being in the region.

The model helps us gain a better understanding of the resources of the Amazonian tropical rainforests and manage them more efficiently.
